A new, and very exciting, event for us. We are welcoming the Kent Kite Flyers Organisation to Riverhill!

They will be flying some larger kites in the fields beyond the Old Tennis Lawn, which you will be able to watch from the Lawn.

They will also have smaller kites being demoed on the lawn itself as well as kites for people to have a go with.

Their gazebo will be selling starter kites for you to take home and try and they will also be on hand to talk to you about the joys of kite flying and answer your questions.

They will be here 11:00 - 3:00. This is a drop-in event. No additional charge after usual garden entry. Find them on the Old Tennis Lawn.

Please do come down and make them feel welcome!!!

Obviously, this is an entirely weather dependent event. If the weather is wet or windy they won’t be able to fly and we will have to postpone. So please keep an eye on the weather and check back here before making the journey and getting too excited!!!
