Take some time for yourself and enjoy that back to school freshness. Join us in the Gardens for a week of refreshing, resetting and reclaiming….

Danielle, from The Journey Yoga Studio, will be running free morning drop-in taster sessions of yoga and mindfulness. Slow down, draw breath and welcome in a new season.

  • Thursday 4th - FREE 30 mins YOGA 10:15 - 10:45 / 30 mins FREE INTRO TO MINDFULNESS 11:00 - 11:30

  • Friday 5th - FREE 30 mins YOGA 10:15 - 10:45 / 30 mins FREE INTRO TO MINDFULNESS 11:00 - 11:30

  • Saturday 6th - 1hr PAID FOR YOGA CLASS 9:00 - 10:00 / 30mins FREE INTRO TO MINDFULNESS 10:15 - 10:45

  • Sunday 7th - FREE 30 mins YOGA 10:15 - 10:45 / 30 mins FREE INTRO TO MINDFULNESS 11:00 - 11:30

Sessions are free of charge BUT you will need to BOOK a spot through Danielle’s website.

Please NOTE - the SATURDAY yoga class (9-10) is a PAID FOR CLASS. Please book through Danielle’s website as normal.

No additional charge after the usual garden entry

Meet at the Ticket Office for Mindfulness and Yoga. Danielle will come and collect you.

Yoga will take place in the stunning Walled Garden.

Minfulness will take place in the tipi, for a more secluded and private experience.

If the weather is bad we will use the tipi. for yoga.

Please arrive on time for the sessions, out of respect for Danielle we would ask that you don't join once the class has begun.

SOME INFO ON OUR TEACHER..

Danielle is a mindfulness teacher and yoga teacher who is super passionate about sharing the power of mindfulness and movement in ways that can easily fit it into daily life.  

She brings a unique approach to her sessions with the aim to provide the tools needed to add a little calm into the lives of others, helping them to develop mindful attitudes to everyday living.
