We are delighted to be welcoming the Kent Kite Flyers Organisation back to Riverhill!, after a lovely first visit last year.

They will be bringing a selection of kites to demo on the Old Tennis Lawn, as well as kites for people to have a go with. You can also bring along your own kite for some practical help and tips on flying.

Their gazebo will be selling starter kites for you to take home and try and they will also be on hand to talk to you about the joys of kite flying and answer your questions.

They will be here Saturday and Sunday. This is a drop-in event. No additional charge after usual garden entry. Find them on the Old Tennis Lawn.

Please do come down and make them feel welcome!!!

Obviously, this is an entirely weather dependent event. If the weather is wet or windy they won’t be able to fly and we will have to postpone. So please keep an eye on the weather and check back here before making the journey and getting too excited!!!
